Return Policy
You may request a return within 48 hours of order receipt. Please email us at services@apnashops.com or tinywatchentertainment@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product with the order number and the reason for the return.
The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and receipts still attached. The returned item must not be broken, dirty, or altered in any way. Your return request will be processed once we receive the item and it passes quality control (QC)..
If your return request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within five to seven business days..
Refund Procedure
Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. Refunds will only be issued if the returned item passes our quality control checks. When the product is returned and passes the quality control checks, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Exchange Policy
We will only exchange a product if we sent the wrong size or colour, for example. Please send an email to services@apnashops.com or tinywatchentertainment@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product if you wish to exchange it. We will process your exchange request once the returned item has been received and passed quality control.
