Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them without any penalty or charge.
If the order has already been processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refund Process
Full Refund:
If the order is canceled within 24 hours of placing it and has not been dispatched, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment.
Partial Refund:
If the order has been processed but not yet shipped, you may still cancel the order. In such cases, a partial refund will be issued, deducting any processing fees that may apply.
No Refund:
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may return the items once they are received, following our return policy guidelines.
Exceptions
Custom Orders:
Customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
Sale Items:
Orders for items purchased on sale or during promotional events are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
