Refund Process

Partial Refund:

If the order has been processed but not yet shipped, you may still cancel the order. In such cases, a partial refund will be issued, deducting any processing fees that may apply.

No Refund:

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may return the items once they are received, following our return policy guidelines.

Exceptions

Custom Orders:

Customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.

Sale Items:

Orders for items purchased on sale or during promotional events are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
